This Website was deliberately designed to ensure accessibility on most computers. Browser version 4.x or greater is sufficient for either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Text size, style, and color have been selected for maximum legibility. If you should desire a different font size for reading, change the size by following the instructions below.

    To increase the text size:
    Internet Explorer
    PC: ‘View’ > ‘Fonts’ or;
    Mac: ‘View’ > ‘Text Size’

    Netscape Navigator

    To make text smaller: Press Ctrl plus Shift plus [
    To make text larger: Ctrl plus Shift plus ]

    Mac
    To make text smaller: Press Command plus Shift plus [
    To make text larger: Command plus Shift plus ]

To ensure the pages print as intended, turn on background printing.

    To turn on background printing:
    Internet Explorer
    PC: ‘Tools’ > ‘Internet Options’ > ‘Advanced’ > ‘Scroll to Printing’ or;
    Mac: ‘File’ > ‘Print Preview’ > ‘Select Print Background’.

    Netscape Navigator
    PC and Mac: ‘View’ > ’Scroll to either Increase or Decrease Fonts’.
