Study Room Visits
Faculty members can request that objects in storage be made available for a class visit to one of our study rooms. Study rooms can hold up to 15 people and must be reserved at least three weeks in advance.
Because of the fragile nature of works on paper, the majority of works in the Prints and Drawings and Photography collections are kept in storage and are made available by appointment only.
To schedule a visit to the Prints and Drawings study room, please contact:
Calvin Brown, Associate Curator of Prints and Drawings, Bio
(609) 258-0503 email: calbrown
To schedule a visit to the Photography study room, please contact:
Joel Smith, Curator of Photography, Bio
(609) 258-5827 email: jmsmith
To schedule a class visit to see objects from other areas of the Museum’s collections that are not on view, please contact the relevant curator.
